The challenge
Scouting still depends on who you already know.
Most talent discovery still happens through clips, festival programmes and personal introductions. There is no shared player identity, no filter for age group and region, and no way to know whether a player has agreed to be contacted.
TryTrack gives verified scouts a search surface over athlete passports with active consent. Marketplace access is reviewed. Schools are not opened as a directory of medical records.
