This Privacy Policy explains how TryTrack collects, uses, stores, protects, and processes personal information through the TryTrack website, the TryTrack platform, authorised schools, clubs, academies, sporting organisations, and related support services.

TryTrack is frequently used by schools, clubs, and sporting organisations involving minors.
Parents, guardians, schools, and clubs are responsible for ensuring that appropriate consent and lawful authority exist for information relating to minors.
TryTrack acts solely as a technology platform provider and does not assume guardianship, supervisory, healthcare, coaching, or safeguarding responsibilities.
6. Access to Information
Access to information is controlled through role-based permissions.
Information may only be accessed by authorised directors, coaches, administrators, biokineticists, players, and organisation representatives in accordance with their assigned permissions and operational responsibilities.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
TryTrack may utilise trusted third-party service providers for infrastructure and operational support, including:
- Google Cloud Services
- Firebase Services
- Payment providers
- Email delivery services
- Security and authentication services
Where third-party operators process information on our behalf, appropriate contractual and security measures are maintained.
TryTrack remains the Responsible Party for personal information processed through the platform.
8. Payments
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers.
TryTrack does not store credit card information, banking credentials, or payment card details on its systems.
Payment processing remains subject to the privacy and security policies of the relevant payment provider.
9. Cookies & Website Technologies
The TryTrack website may use essential cookies, session storage, local storage, security-related technologies, authentication technologies, and Firebase-related technologies where required for platform functionality.
These technologies assist with website functionality, user authentication, security, performance monitoring, and user experience improvements.

Information may thereafter be deleted, anonymised, archived, restricted, or securely destroyed where appropriate.

Certain information may be processed or stored outside South Africa through authorised cloud infrastructure providers.
Where cross-border processing occurs, TryTrack takes reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are maintained in accordance with POPIA and applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

Withdrawal of consent shall not affect processing already lawfully performed.

14. Data Breaches
If TryTrack becomes aware of a data breach affecting personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to investigate, contain, and address the incident.
Where required by law, affected parties and relevant authorities will be notified as soon as reasonably possible following discovery of a reportable incident, with a target of notification within seventy-two (72) hours where reasonably practicable.
15. Updates to this Privacy Policy
TryTrack may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes may require renewed acknowledgement or consent where required by law.
The latest version will always be available through the TryTrack website and platform.
