Provincial unions work with dozens of schools, clubs and academies. Affiliation lists live in spreadsheets. Player nominations arrive by email. There is no shared picture of which programmes are capturing wellness, which athletes have consented to be seen, or who belongs in a provincial training pool.
TryTrack keeps each school as its own organisation. Union directors approve affiliation, review the network and work from consented athlete passports — not another organisation’s medical file.
